Are your products or ingredients tested on animals?
No! Our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny
Are your products vegan?
No. Our products are not vegan. Since our formulation has beeswax in the recipe it cannot be considered a vegan product. While not vegan, our lip balm is completely all natural.
Is there SPF in your lip balm?
No. We are not rated as a pharmaceutical product, which is required for SPF. We are currently working on a natural sun protection alternative to SPF. Stay tuned!
What ingredients do you use in your lip balms?
Soy Wax, Candelilla Wax, Beeswax, Capric/Capryllic Triglycerides, Hemp Seed Oil, Castor Oil, Olive Oil, Limanthes, Alba Seed Oil, Castor Isosterante Succinate, Shea Butter, Tocopheryl (Vitamin E) & Flavouring.
What is your return policy?
As our lip balm is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If you're unhappy with your purchase please contact us at info@lipsinc.com and we'll do our best to help you out. We stand behind our products and will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive LipsInc experience.
What should I do if my order is missing?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company, your neighbours or the local post office. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered,” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email info@lipsinc.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!
Will I be charged international duties and/or taxes?
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
